 Food is so good and the service is the best!
Johnny dereck was my server. He's the best! The food here is great and we will definitely be back! This was our 10th trip!

 Variety
Plenty of different food. Sometimes you just feel like having chicken strips and french fries. Staff was super friendly. This restaurant also serves breakfast

 Great Waitress (ELMA) and experience!!!
My wife and and our 3 year old daughter spent the week at the Moon Palace and frequented this restaurant several times. There was one waitress (ELMA) in particular that my daughter instantly fell in love with. She was beyond accommodating to us professionally but also truly enjoyed our daughter as much as my daughter enjoyed here. The experience was wonderful and she made us feel like family and several occasions. She is a good human and i think children can be a good judge of that as they are naturally magnetized by these types of people. Thank you ELMA for all you did for us and all you do for everyone in your life!!

 Excellent waiter
We had the best waiter ever. His name was Gabino Tuz and waited on us hand and foot. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend this restaurant.

 if you want to eat 3 ton of meat this is the place
wonderful place as many different meats keep coming to your table until you tell them to stop, great salad bar some nice deserts and great wine

 Fabulous omelettes
We ate at Bugambilias every morning for breakfast although they serve lunch and dinner as well. A really great buffet with anything and everything you would want to eat. They have an omelette station so you can choose what you want. Really scrumptious and different pastries, muffins and buns that are to die for. The French toast is very good too. The coffee was the best as I do love my morning coffee and very hot at that ;)Enjoy ;)

 Great Buffet and Breakfast
This was our eating place for breakfast. Selection was excellemnt and quality of food very high. Staff are so pleasant and also helpful. It was also the Mexican buffet in the evening and equally first class food.

Ate here also whilst on holiday recently, lovely decor inside clean and spacious, fantastic food and lots of choice, staff again a credit to Moon Palace, they are the best

This was our eating place for breakfast. Selection was excellemnt and quality of food very high. Staff are so pleasant and also helpful. It was also the Mexican buffet in the evening and equally first class food.

Breakfast of champions!! Jesus is the best breakfast cook EVER!! He is always polite and Happy and just gets my day started off on the right foot, especially before a round of golf. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and I really missed him last year when he was on his vacay the same time as us, lol!

Julian Fermin, our waiter, and Roman Torres, the manager, created an amazing birthday experience for me and the extended family I was traveling with. Our party of 11 had a private room and a custom birthday cake that was delicious. Julian even brought us a special plate that wasn't on the menu.

We had a great experience here. The tableside guacamole was sooo good! We wish we had more days on vacation to visit this one again.

The selections that were offered here were excellent to say the least. The fresh fruit is ridiculous! So fresh and juicy. Jesus is the best omelette maker in Mexico!! His smile and personality made our morning every day. Staff all around here was top notch!

We stayed at Moon Palace (Grand section) from May 28, 2017 to June 4, 2017 and would visit this restaurant for breakfast on a daily basis. We never got bored of the food and the fresh fruit drinks were very delicious. There are many options to choose from. They also have a designated omelet chef for those omelet lovers out there!The wait staff are very NICE and go out of their way to provide excellent service!P.S. the view outside is phenomenal

This is probably the best buffet at the resort. Great variety of foods to choose from, but with an accent on Mexican fare. There are chefs to prepare fresh beef, chicken or pork on the grill.We had a fantastic waiter, named Jesus, who looked after us very well.

They have a variety of food. Hours are great since i'm an early morning person. Justo and Johnny were my servers when I dined there....they were AWESOME!

We ate here regularly over our week-long stay. Place was consistently busy when we ate but we never felt that it was annoying or a problem. Great selection of food (particularly for breakfast and lunch). Service was awesome even though it is a buffet.

We love Alma at Bugumbilias for lunch. She has been taking care of our family for years. This trip, she finally got to meet our daughter and it was like being reunited with an old friend. Tremendous service!!

Hello. I offer this review for the breakfast selection only. I must confess that on holiday we do not eat buffets for lunch or dinner so I cannot speak to that. As we live in Las Vegas, the capital and sea of buffets, we try to eat ala carte when possible. So breakfast. We enjoyed half of our breakfasts eaten out at the Bugambilias. Excellent variety of breakfast foods. Some traditional to Mexico and some not. Eggs made to order however you want them, so you cannot go wrong there and a variety of fresh fruits and juices. I love the watermelon water. Of course we are a sucker for good bagels and lox. Plenty Are available. As with every restaurant at Moon, service is excellent. You want, they get it and are pleasured to do so. Next time we will try dinner or lunch. And lastly, try the honey dripping from the comb. It is awesome.

We ate here numerous times during our stay. The service was on point. The one thing I wish was there was more fruit options. They had a nice platter but the Smoothie lady said they were for only making smoothies. In MX, used to having large fruit options that aren't available in the US.

Staff were pleasant, food was OK but we preferred to eat breakfast at La Gondola as it was more peaceful first thing in the morning.
